It is an honor that the chefs of Celler de Can Roca chose our EVOO in this special event that was held in Seville. The Roca brothers have made a snapper with gazpachuelo, Biodynamic Picual EVOO Castillo de Canena and lucum of black olives. A perfect pairing!
