Celery (a branch)
carrots (2-3)
Philadelphia cheese
Red onion
Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual


Wash the celery, remove threads and cut into sticks. Wash the radishes, cut stems and peel.

Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Chop the red onion and chives very thin.

Mix in a bowl Philadelphia cheese with the onion, chives and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual. You can use a fork to mix completely.

Present on a plate or in a dip- bowl with vegetables around.
