Today we are delighted to present you the special EVOO that we have prepared for the new restaurant of Dani García. It is a unique blend of Arbequina that Castillo de Canena has created especially for the two Michelin star awarded chef.
This new project is for Dani Garcia a personal commitment, hence the restaurant takes its own name. He defines his cuisine as “out of a fantasy tale”… and we can say that it’s totally true!! We were there and the experience was incredible!
