Open the bread and pour Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Arbequina extra virgin olive oil on both sides, generously.
Place white anchovies, anchovies and piparra alternately … as you like! We decided a very original presentation as you can see in the picture!
It’s a very simple fine sandwich but with a lot of personality at the same time. It must be accompanied by a good craft beer which can deal with it. We found the perfect pairing thanks to FOUNDERS All Day IPA (Founders Brewing) that stands out because of its powerful bitter which deals perfectly with acids and spicies.
You will be surprised with a citrus and tropical explosion in mouth. It is fresh and fruity, with notes of peach, mango and tropical fruit, which combine absolutely with its bitter touches!
