Orange and Cod Salad with Plancton Olive Oil





Cut all ingredients (cod, sardines, orange, onion) into small squares. Let them macerate during few hours with our Arbequina Biodynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

After maceration, we will serve it finishing it with a touch of our Arbequina & Plancton Olive Oil that will give a taste of citrus and of sea at the same time.

It’s not necessary to add salt!
