We propose a simple snack with our Family Reserve Picual extra virgin olive oil for this weekend , perfect to accompany with a good beer 🙂
- 1/2 kilo of fresh and clean anchovies for vinegar
- 1/4 litre of Sherry Vinegar
- Soy sauce low in salt
- Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual EVOO
- Icy beers
- A freshly baked baguette
Freeze the anchovies at least 24 hours.
Place the anchovies in a dish in a single layer and cover with vinegar dissolved in water, maintain at least 6 hours.
Drain the anchovies and prepare a tray with a sauce made with Picual Family Reserve extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce and grated ginger.
Take with a cold beer and baguette for dipping.
Easy and delicious !!
