Salmon tartar dressed with vermouth and our Oak Smoked Arbequino olive oil

Today we want to share with you this fabulous recipe, with the winner of the SOFI Award: our Arbequino smoked oil!


2 ripe but firm avocadosEVOO_Smoked_Arbequino_avocado_salad_Castillo_Canena

1 chive

2 fresh Norwegian salmon loins

Dry vermouth

Castillo de Canena Oak Smoked Arbequino olive oil

Green sprouds



Cut the avocado in small cubes, also the chives and the salmon. Mix in a bowl and dress with our Castillo de Canena Oak Smoked Arbequino olive oil and some vermouth and salt to taste.

Assemble helped by a ring and serve accompanied by some sprouts.
