Castillo de Canena Thanksgiving Recipes

Baked Zucchini with Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients: Serves: 6

  • 1 kg Zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons of Castillo      de Canena Family Reserve Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 big  onion
  • 2 red pepper
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Breadcrumbs

Method: Prep:15min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in: 35 min

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas mark 6.
  2. Cute the Zucchini and filled with  its pulp, fried onion and the tomato sauce.
  3. Cover it with breadcrumbs and  Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. Pour onto a baking tray, and place on centre oven rack.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Serve  immediately.
