Christmas Menu: Cranberry Sauce and Apple Compote with Arbequina&Co

Cranberry Sauce


1 jar of blueberry jam

juice of 2 oranges

1 teaspoon of orange zest

1 teaspoon of lime zest

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 handful of fresh blueberries

Some drops of Olive Oil Arbequina&Co 03 and 04


Mix all ingredients and place in the fire. Keep stirring in order to mix everything well. Serve with the turkey very hot.

Apple Compote


1 Kg of golden Apples

juice of 1/2 lemon

3 spoons of sugar

1 limb of cinnamon or vanilla

Some drops of Olive Oil Arbequina&Co 02


Put the apples, peeled and cut with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon/vainilla in a pot. Cook over medium heat until the water released by the apples begins to boil, then cover and leave to cook on minimum heat for 30/40 mins. To finish you can crush it with a fork and add a few drops of Arbequina&Co 02.
