Easy and quick appetizer for Christmas with our real Oak Smoked Olive Oil!
A medium cauliflower
A liter of semi-skimmed milk
A pack of pumpkin seeds
Clean all the green parts of the stem and separate the cauliflower into florets by hand.
Wash them under cold water and place them into a saucepan, covering with milk and simmering until the cauliflower is tender. Blend until you get a fine cream not too solid (if needed, we will add more warm milk to liquefy).
Season to taste. Prepare the shot glasses that at the last moment we will fill with the hot cream and pumpkin seeds. Finish with our smoked olive oil, Castillo de Canena Oak Smoked Arbequino Oil. Serve with mocca spoons.
