Christmas Recipe: Nougat ice cream with spicy Arbequina chocolate sauce

To finish this special christmas menu we propose a Nougat ice cream with spicy chocolate sauce made with Family Reserve Arbequina extra virgin olive oil.



Turrón (Nougat) ice cream
Tablet of black chocolate
semi-skimmed milk
Fresh red chilli
pink pepper
Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Arbequina


Place the chocolate in pieces in a bowl with some chilli into slices (remember rubbing one of the chilli slices to get a spicy touch in the chocolate), pink pepper and two tablespoons of Family Reserve Arbequina EVOO.

Meanwhile, heat the milk in the microwave and pour into the bowl where all the ingredients were placed while stirring vigorously.

Serve ice cream with chocolate sauce over it.
