Cup of tangerine and champagne
Squeeze the fresh tangerines (approx. 2 tangerines / person) and strain.
Mix in a jar with the same proportion of iced champagne. Serve in champagne glasses
Tortilla with avocado tartare, mango, papaya and olive Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual
2 avocados
2 mangos
1 papaya
1 bunch of chives
1 Package of corn tortillas
Chopped cilantro
Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual EVOO
Spicy sauce
Salt (optional); do not recommended
Preparation
Peel and remove seeds and fruits bone, cut into small cubes. Chop the chives and cilantro to taste.
In a bowl, mix fruit, chives and cilantro & add hot sauce and extra virgin olive oil Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual. Save.
Heat the tortillas in the microwave or oven. Once done, fill them with the mixture and serve immediately with the cup of tangerine very cold.
