Chinese New Year Menu: Noodles with Shrimps & Family Reserve Picual EVOO

The second of this menu is prepared with shrimp and noodles full of abundance, for long life, do not cut the noodles! We finished with Family Reserve Picual extra virgin olive oil for a delicious flavor.

Ingredients

Noodles
Prawns
Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual EVOO
Lime
Ginger
Coriander
lemongrass
Spring onion
Chicken soup

Preparation

Cook the noodles in boiling water. Let them al dente.

Make a reduction by adding chicken broth ginger, lime zest, chives, cilantro and lemongrass. Finally add the shrimp and cook for a minute. Integrate noodles and finish with Family Reserve Picual extra virgin olive oil.
