TOMATO, CUCUMBER AND MACKEREL PIPIRRANA

Ingredients:

– 2 Tomatoes.

– 1 Small cucumber.

– 1 Dash of Castillo de Canena Reserva Familiar Picual extra virgin olive oil.

– 1 Dash of AVRUM sherry vinegar.

– Soy sauce.

– 1 Tin of mackerel in olive oil

Preparation:

Wash and peel the tomatoes and cucumbers. Dice them. This pipirrana is dressed just before serving with Castillo de Canena Reserva Familiar Picual extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce and vinegar. The mackerel is added last.
