Valentine’s Day Recipe: Foie, Applesauce & Arbequina&Co

The foie gras is considered a luxury dish in many countries, on our valentine’s menu we suggest to match it with Arbequina&Co and applesauce. An explosion of flavors in your mouth!

 Foie gras

Place on the grill for a few seconds on each side and add a few drops of Arbequina & Co “03”, a delicious combination of our extra virgin olive oil with cardamom, mandarin and apple.

Applesauce

Peel the apples and cook until soft. Bring to a blender and add a few drops of Arbequina & Co “03”. Serve with Foie Gras and finish with some EVOO drops.
