Christmas Recipe: Grilled sea bass with citric sauce and baked endives with Family Reserve EVOO


1 sea bass cutted in 2 fillets
1 Grapefruit
1 Orange
1 Lime
4 endives


Place the fish on the pan.
Meanwhile, prepare the sause squeezing the fruits (grapefruit, orange and lime) and adding some honey and our extra virgin olive oil Family Reserve arbequina.
For the garnish, place the endives on the oven tray with a little bit of our EVOO Family Reserve Picual. Put in the oven and once they get soft, take them out and finish with Family Reserve Picual.
