CHOWDER SOUP

Ingredients:

– Potatoes.

Castillo de Canena oak-smoked oil (to substitute for the bacon).

– Fresh thyme.

– Flour.

– Milk.

Cockles or sweet corn.

Preparation:

– Cube the potatoes.

– Sauté the potatoes in extra virgin olive oil.

– Add the 5 our and stir.

– Add the milk until the potatoes are covered and stir.

– Add 1 tin of cockles in their water, or a tin of sweet corn.

– 2-3 tbsp of Castillo de Canena oak-smoked oil.

– Top with a sprig of fresh thyme.
