It may not be a typical pasta recipe, but the recipe we propose today for Spaguetti with caviar is a different dish that is going to surprise.
– 100gr of Black pasta
– 150gr wheat pasta
– Caviar Paris 1925
– Evaporated milk
– ½ onion
– First Day of Arbequina Harvest EVOO
– Ground Black pepper
In a pot boil water while chopping the onion. When it starts to boil, add the black and wheat pasta, cordinating the time of cooking. In a separate saucepan we put the onion, already cut, to sauté; when it’s done we will add the evaporated milk adding the pepper.
When the pasta is ready, pour it into the saucepan of our sauce, stir and then serve adding a spoonful of Caviar Paris 1925 and dressing it with our First Day Harvest Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
