Small sweet fine sandwich with pear, cheese and our AOVE

INGREDIENTS

5 cereals Bread by Triticum Cerveza_artesana_Monsieur_Gordo_bocadillo_pera_Castillo_de_Canena

Pears

Roquefort cheese

Castillo de Canena Biodynamic Picual EVOO

Craft Beer MONSIEUR GORDO Gimme Hop Jo’Anna

 

PREPARATION

Delicious mini snacks that you must complemente with good bread, it will be a surprise for your guests! Triticum’s mini breads are perfect;  for example the “5 cereals” one or the “campaña” one… they are tasty, crispy but with a soft crumb that makes them irresistible!

Peel and cut the pears and the the roquefort cheese.

Open the mini breads and dress well with Castillo de Canena Biodynamic Picual extra virgin olive oil. Inside, place alternatively slices of pear and cheese to taste.

This delicious fine sandwich will be a great snack if you accompany it with one of the Monsieur Gordo microbrewery craft beers, specifically the “Gimme Hop Jo’Anna” is perfect on this occasion. Its taste and aroma will surprise you even more than its name!

It’s a Red ALE style with toast and caramelized malts. To balance this sweet notes, it is macerated with a lot of Citra and Mosaic Hops, which give harmonic tropical touches to the beer …
