Ingredients
  

  • Pan CO K of Triticum algae

  • Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • Lettuce
  • Extra virgin olive oil - Castillo de Canena Arbequina Family Reserve
  • Craft beer XELA

Instructions
 

  • We will prepare a mayonnaise with a very special touch with our extra virgin olive oil Reserva Familiar Arbequina and sherry vinegar!
  • Put some of the eggs in a narrow bowl with a few drops of sherry vinegar and AOVE Reserva Familiar Arbequina Castillo de Canena, trying not to break the yolk of the egg.
  • With the mixer, first we beat the yolks and we go up the arm little by little until the mixture emulsifies. Finally, add salt to taste.
  • We will open the bread and make a lettuce base, which will serve as a bed for the cooked prawns (previously peeled) that we will place next and that we will bathe with the previously prepared mayonnaise.
