Halloween recipe: Sweet potato and vegetable kebab with Arbequina&World Africa premium olive oil.
Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 red onion
- 3 peppers red, green and yellow
- Premium Olive Oil Abequina&World Africa
Instructions
- First we will put the sweet potato in the microwave for 15 minutes to flatten it and make it easier to peel and cut. We will have to cut it into small squares not too big and set aside.
- Cut the onion and peppers.
- The pepper just cut it not very big, no need to peel it.
- Once we have cut all the ingredients, we put them one by one on the skewer, salt them and put a few drops of our Abequina&World Africa oil on them.
- And we put it on the barbecue.
