Ingredients
  

  • 10 scallops
  • 1/2 kg fresh shrimp
  • Flying fish roe or trout
  • Red chili
  • lime zest of half a lime
  • Extra virgin olive oil - First day of Picual Harvest

Instructions
 

  • Cut the scallops and fresh shrimp into small pieces, they will be our tartar.
  • We also chop the red chili very finely.
  • Mix everything together with the lime zest.
  • Present in the form of a tartar and arrange the caviar on top.
