Rafael Anson wrote an article about our Arbequina&Co

Rafael Anson, President of the Royal Spanish Academy of Gastronomy, dedicated an article to our latest project Arbequina & Co in!


Here is an abstract from the article:

“If there is an innovative company in the field of extra virgin olive oil production it is Castillo de Canena that is named because of the wonderful existing castle in the Jaen town and has an olive-growing history dating back to 1780″

“The best thing is that these new oils manage to combine, harmonious aromas of green olives, artichokes, almonds and fresh herbs extra virgin olive oil Arbequina with natural aromas of fruit, plants and flowers. ”
