PREPARATION
Anna Chiarini recommends using a slow juicer (also known as a cold squeezer or a chewing squeezer). They are designed to extract and preserve most of the nutrients, vitamins and enzymes from the ingredients.
She also advises us to cut the vegetables and remove the roots from the stems of celery or ginger, as they have long fibers and small pieces can cause the juicer to jam.
Remember to alternate soft and hard products. Add spirulina juice and our Arbequina & Co extra virgin olive oil at the end. Assemble the dish as in the photo or to your liking.
