2 garlic cloves
1 kg ripe tomatoes
Salt to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Family Reserve Arbequina
2 Greek yogurts
1 pinch of paprika
Place all ingredients (except sardines & figs) in a blender and mix well until you have a smoothy cream.
Put the cream into a jar and reserve in the refrigerator until serving time.
When serving, pour some tomato yogurt in a plate and garnish with sardines and figs (precut). Finish the dish with few drops of AOVE Family Reserve Arbequina.
