2 kg of red potatoes

100 g of Butter

Olive Oil Castillo de Canena Oak Smoked Arbequino

Chopped fresh rosemary

Salt

 

 PREPARATION

Let’s prepare mashed potatoes in the conventional way, with butter and salt. At the time of serving, sprinkle with Olive Oil Castillo de Canena Oak Smoked Arbequino and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
