Winning recipe of the XIV Prize of Cooking with Olive Oil “Jaén, interior paradise”

Alberto Montes Pereira, from the Atrio restaurant in Caceres has won the XIV Prize for Cooking with Olive Oil “Jaén, interior paradise” with his recipe “Spring spiral with evoo”. It is an honor for us that you have trusted on our extra virgin olive oil Biodynamic Picual for the elaboration of the winning dish!

We would like to congratulate all the finalists, especially Iolanda Bustos Cabezuelo, of the restaurant La Caléndula, in Regencós (Girona); Montserrat de la Torre, the restaurant La Cantina de la Estación (Úbeda / Jaén); José Antonio Gea López, of the restaurant Hotel Barceló Asia Gardens (Benidorm / Alicante); And Enrique Pedraz Hernández, from the restaurant La Tasquería de Javi Estévez (Madrid).
