- 4 porcini mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Parsley, chopped
- Paris 1925 caviar
- Biodynamic Arbequina EVOO
Heat a little Biodynamic Arbequina EVOO in a frying pan over a low heat and add the garlic.
Meanwhile, finely slice the porcini mushrooms and add to the pan together with the parsley. They only need about 1-2 minutes per side. To serve, spread the mushrooms on a plate, top with the caviar, and enjoy!
