Japanese and Spanish cuisine fused with our extra virgin olive oils in the castle thanks to the chefs Matsuse from Hotel Granvia in Kyoto & Marcos Castillo from Miscelanea restaurant in Baeza, Jaen.
The central element of all dishes and recipes performed by the two chefs were different EVOOs of Castillo de Canena and cooked by 4 hands, Japanese recipes and the traditional Andalusian cuisine.
It was a wonderful experience !!
