100gr of Norwegian smoked salmon, cut into small slices
First of all we have to cut into dices the avocado and beetroot, put into a small bowl separate.
Using a small ring mould, place the diced beetroot in the bottom to make a base. Next, add the avocado, and top with the diced smoked salmon. Drizzle the tartare with our Arbequina&World Taste of Europe Oil and enjoy!
