Two Different Steaks Tartar with EVOO

We bring 2 options to prepare the steak tartar that you will love!

Preparation

Tartar 1

We chop the beef tenderloin with a knife that cuts well, put salt and pepper to taste and reserve.

In a bowl we incorporate extra virgin olive oil Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual, the perrins sauce, tabasco, egg yolk and capers.

Once we have a homogeneous mixture, add the sirloin and mix.

Tartar 2

We chop very well the beef tenderloin with a knife that cuts well, salpimentamos to taste and reserve.

In a bowl we incorporate the extra virgin olive oil Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Arbequina, peppermint, mint and lime zest.

Once we have a homogeneous mixture, add the sirloin and mix.

 

Accompany them with mushrooms seasoned with a mustard vinaigrette!

For the vinaigrette we mix English mustard, sugar, salt and Castillo de Canena Family Reserve Picual EVOO.

Serve it and enjoy it!
