Reserva Familiar Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is, together with Reserva Familiar Picual, the flagship of Castillo de Canena.
Its green colour with golden tones is the result of an early harvest, when the olives are harvested green, in order to obtain a very high quality oil.
For generations, the best of the harvests of each variety (Picual and Arbequina) has been reserved exclusively for our family. Today we would like to share this selection of our best Arbequina olives, offering a balanced and harmonious extra virgin olive oil.
Presented in a dark glass bottle, Reserva Familiar Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is an oil with a medium intense fruity nose of green olives, with complementary aromas that remind us of green almond, walnut shell, apple, peach and quince mixed with light herbaceous touches.
Serving suggestions: Reserva Familiar Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is excellent for cooking fish, vinaigrettes and mayonnaise. In baking, it is the perfect substitute for butter in the preparation of cakes and creams.
