For the purposes of these CGC, it is understood as:
“Client”: Any individual of legal age or legal entity, who holds the status of consumer in accordance with the applicable regulations, and who formalizes an order for products through the Castillo de Canena online store www.castillodecanena.com, once accepted. these GTC.
“Seller”: CASTILLO DE CANENA OLIVE JUICE, S.L.
“Products”: Totality of products offered on the website www.castillodecanena.com.
“Website, platform or online store” Castillo de Canena: the domain castillodecanena.com is owned by the SELLER for the online sale of its products.
“Purchase Form”: Document for formalizing the purchase of the products on the website www.castillodecanena.com.
These CGC regulate the purchase process by the CLIENT of the products offered by the SELLER through the Castillo de Canena online store www.castillodecanena.com, constituting the legal framework that develops said contractual relationship.
The SELLER is a merchant whose main activity consists of the sale of olive oils.
The condition of CLIENT will be any natural or legal person who acquires the products offered on the website www.castillodecanena.com, in the terms provided in these GTC.
For the online purchase of the products offered on the website www.castillodecanena.com, the CLIENT must formalize the order form established for this purpose.
Once the order form has been completed and the purchase process has been completed, the CUSTOMER will receive an email that will include the products requested, the total price pending payment (taxes and shipping costs included) and the billing and shipping information. Next, the CUSTOMER will receive an email or SMS (depending on the preference set by the buyer on the sales platform) indicating a “bank link” through which the CUSTOMER can make the payment.

Product availability and description

In the absence of the Customer or the recipient of the order, the carrier will deliver it the next business day.
In general, the order will be delivered by the Seller’s transport provider within approximately 3 to 7 working days from the confirmation of the order and depending on the delivery location, as well as the dates or general situation of the order. transport. The Seller will make changes or refunds of orders according to the procedure described below:

Returns of unsealed items will not be accepted.
The packaging must be in perfect condition and contain all its accessories in order to be returned.
The return of the order must be made by courier to the following address: Autovía del Olivar A316- Exit 20, 23529 Puente del Obispo, Baeza, Jaén.
The price refund will be made in the same way in which the payment was made.
Returns will only be accepted for complete orders, in perfect condition with their original packaging and with a maximum reception time at the Vendor’s facilities within a maximum period of ten (14) working days from receipt of the order.
The refund of the price of the order, with the exception of shipping costs, will be made within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the order.
Personal data protection:
The Seller, in his capacity as data controller, informs the Customer that he is going to process his data in order to manage the order requested in the online store.
