Peel and cut the pears.
We will also cut the Roquefort cheese or any other cheese with an intense flavour.
We open the bread rolls and dip the crumbs in extra virgin olive oil Picual Picual Castillo de Canena.
Then we will alternate with cheese and pear to taste.
