Signature Sandwich Recipe: Rustic with roast beef


  • Triticum 5 Cereals Sliced Bread
  • Roast Beef veal tenderloin
  • Mustard old-fashioned
  • Tarragon
  • Cane honey
  • Sweet pickles medium size
  • Arugula
  • Emmental Cheese slice
  • Extra virgin olive oil - Castillo de Canena Picual Family Reserve
  • LA VIRGEN Jamonera craft beer


  • Grill the meat until browned and well seared.
  • Then add salt and pepper and place in the oven (previously preheated to 200º).
  • Let it roast for about 30 minutes approximately, so that it is juicy, a little pink inside. Cut into thin slices.
  • For the sauce, we will mix well the cane honey, the old mustard, the tarragon and our extra virgin olive oil Reserva Familiar Picual. Mix well.
  • We will cut 3 slices of Triticum 5 Cereals bread and we will intersperse thin slices of roast beef, emmental cheese, sweet gherkins (previously cut) and rocket.
  • Top each layer of sandwich with the sauce. Serve additional sauce on the side.
