Valentine's Day Menu: a delicious red fruit salad with Pink Pepper.
- Pink pepper
- Green shoots
- Red fruits varied
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 onion
- Extra virgin olive oil - Arbequina Family Reserve
We make the pink pepper vinaigrette, mixing the AOVE Reserva Familiar Arbequina, the juice of 1 lemon, some pink pepper berries, chives and 1/2 sweet onion.
We assemble the salad with the green sprouts and the assorted red fruits.
Finish with the vinaigrette.
