On the other hand, the Ibérica Marylebone Restaurant (195 Great Portland Street) will prepare a masterclass at 18.00. In this master class, you will discover our range of delicate extra virgin olive oils and learn how to pair them with Ibérica’s signature dishes.

The prestigious chef of Sofitel Jeremy Cayron visited our castle to check by himself the quality process followed by our EVOOs, and brought a delegation from the BBC Food in Budapest with him !!! 🙂

Cayron Jeremy has worked many years with Castillo de Canena and is delighted with our extra virgin olive oil (especially with the Family Reserve Picual!), so that even a few years ago we customize a label with his signature to his hotel in Budapest.

During his visit to Canena, the French chef visited the castle and estates and he had time to prepare one appetizer with Mediterranean flavor. We leave the link to video so you can watch it!! 🙂

The winner of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition cooks with Castillo de Canena!

Castillo de Canena - Bocuse d'or Ørjan johannessenThe Norwegian team led by chef Orjan Johannessen has won the international award cooking Bocuse d’Or. It is an honor for us that this renowned chef, who has always relied on our EVOO for years, has won one of the most important distinctions of the culinary world!

In addition, last year we customized for him his own personalized bottle for his restaurant, Smak !!

Bocuse d’Or is a chefs championship held every two years in Lyon, France. It is considered one of the most prestigious gastronomic competitions of the world and it is known as the culinary equivalent of the Olympics.

Our Byodinamic, “The Best of the World” !!

Bydonamic Picual wins The Best of the World Award

Another great success for our Biodynamic! Our Biodynamic Picual has been awarded as ‘The Best Of the World’ at the Monocultivar olive oil international competition, organized by Gino Celleti.

This competition aims to reward the best organic olive oils in the world, and our BIODYNAMIC EVOO obtained 9.5 points, the highest score! The president of the council of Jaén, Francisco Reyes, has delivered in person the award to Francisco Vañó.
