SUMMA VARIETALIS 250 ml

Summa Varietalis is our special tribute to the olive tree and its signficance in the Mediterranean basin. In 2009, we planted an “experimental” grove on our estate, selecting 15 different varietals from various Mediterranean countries. Summa Varietalis is a blend made from the fruits of some of these trees.

This intensely fruity golden-green oil, presented in an elegant, opaque black glass bottle, exudes remarkable freshness. Its unique green and fruity harmony gradually unfolds on both the nose and palate. Initial smoothness transitions into a delightful experience enriched with sweet, fruity, and unripe notes.

The richness of apple compote and ripe fruits, complemented by the delicate sweetness of honey, takes center stage, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors.

Tropical fruit nuances such as mango and pineapple intertwine with hints of green tomato and nettle in the background, followed by mature flavors of red apple and sweet almond.
